If you are an administrator you will see an additional button in your Account tab called Admin Dashboard. This button will allow you to manage everything from stories, to users, to invitations and your main company account.
Tap on the Manage Stories button to see a list of stories published for your company. Tap on a story to edit the story details. Scroll to the bottom of the story details and you will see a button to View Push Details for this story. Tap on that button to see a list of users who have read or shared that story.
Currently the Manage Points button has no additional options.
Tap the Manage Users button to see a list of everyone in your company account. This includes users who self-register using a company email address and it includes anyone you invited, and has accepted the invitation, who does not have a company email address. Tap on a user to see the user details. On this screen you can set whether the user can publish stories to the news feed and whether the user can be an administrator. You can also set the user as Inactive. At the bottom of the screen is a button to View Stories this user has read or shared.
Radi8 allows you to create Teams and restrict stories to certain teams during publishing. To add a team, tap the Plus button in the top-right corner of your screen. Give the team a name, then select the users you want on the team. You can add as many teams as you want. When you publish a story you can select which team should see this story, or you can select “All” so everyone in the company can see it. You may want to create teams for Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and even an Exec Team.
Invitations allows you add a user by email address and that user will get an email from you asking them to join Radi8. This is not necessary for users within your company with a company email address, but if you want to add users with a different email address, or someone outside your company, like a PR manager or Agency, you can click the Plus button and enter their email address.
Currently there are no options in this section, but you can imagine we will be adding all kinds of analytics and insights as Radi8 grows.
The Company Account section is where you will be able to manage your account and contact information. Radi8 comes with the Basic Account. When you are ready to upgrade contact us directly and we can work out the type of account you will need.
