Go to the app store on your iOS device and search for Radi8 (app store url). Install the free app and tap the "Sign Up" button. When you sign up using your company email address, you will automatically join your company account. To validate your email address, Radi8 will send you an authorization code. Check your email and click the link to validate your address. Return to the Radi8 app on your phone and it will continue registration automatically.
Open the Radi8 app and enter your email address on the sign in screen. Then click the link that says, "Forgot password". Radi8 will send you an email with a reset password link. After you reset your password, return to the Radi8 app and sign in using your new password.
You earn points by reading and sharing stories. Generally, you get 1 point for reading a story and 3 points for sharing. Points let you know how you're doing in relation to your coworkers, and they may be used by your management to provide prizes.
The points leaderboard resets to zero at the beginning of every month. So you might have 136 points on the 30th, and zero on the 1st. This helps refresh the leaderboard and gives everyone a fresh start at the beginning of the month.
Radi8 is not a replacement for Twitter or LinkedIn, or any of your social networks. Radi8 works together with your social networks so you can read and discover content on Radi8 that is relevent to your company, and then share it out to Twitter, LinkedIn and the rest.
